My TV does not have a scart socket, how can I connect a receiver?

Most receivers require an AV (Audio-Video) input to the TV in the form of a scart, chinch or BNC socket. If your TV does not have such a socket you can, e.g. use our external HF Modulator (Art. No.:3333).

Universal remote control: What is the 3 or 4 digit code for your devices?

These codes are randomly assigned by the manufacturers of universal remote controls. As the manufacturer of the satellite receiver, we cannot know these codes. Universal remote controls cannot support all types and brands of devices and special functions. Our universal remote controls support approx. 3,500 different types of devices. If you cannot find the corresponding code/device in the code list, start the code search with the universal remote control. If the device then does not react to one of the 625 codes, the device is unfortunately not supported. This also applies in general to all common pre-programmed universal remote controls.
